Our policy

Azarius does not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. We enforce this through an online age check on first visit and through your confirmation when you place an order.

How online age verification works

The first time you visit azarius.com, you'll see a short prompt asking whether you're 18 or older. If you confirm, we set a small cookie called `azarius_age_ok` so we don't ask again on your next visit. The cookie stores only a yes/no flag — no personal data, no tracking.

Customer responsibility

By placing an order with Azarius you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the products you order are legal in your country and place of residence.

GDPR & cookie compliance

The age cookie is a strictly-necessary functional cookie under EU ePrivacy and GDPR rules. It contains no personal data and is not used for advertising or analytics, so it does not require separate consent.
