The growshop covers six core lanes: Zamnesia Grow Tents and complete Kits, Phytonaut LED grow lights, Zamnesia climate and ventilation gear, nutrients, propagation, and harvest and curing tools. We've stocked growshop gear since 1999 and we curate hard — if it's on the shelf, it's because we'd use it ourselves. The honest opinion: most first-time growers overbuy lights and underbuy ventilation. Sort the airflow first, the rest follows.
Start here if you're new: a Zamnesia Kit. One box, tent + Phytonaut LED + fan + carbon filter + ducting + climate monitor. You unpack, you assemble, you grow. No guessing whether your 240W light matches your 100x100 tent, because Zamnesia already did the maths.
| Tent size | Plants | Phytonaut LED | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60x60 cm | 1 plant | ~100–150W | First-time buyers, stealth grows, closets |
| 80x80 cm | 2–4 plants | ~150–200W | The sweet spot — what we'd pick for a spare-room grow |
| 100x100 cm | 3–6 plants | ~240W | Serious hobby growers, balanced footprint |
| 120x120 cm | 4–9 plants | ~320W+ | Experienced growers chasing bigger yields |
Choose by tent footprint first, then match a Phytonaut LED to it. A complete Zamnesia Kit ships everything matched and ready — that's why we recommend kits over piecing it together for your first run.
If this is your first grow, buy a complete Zamnesia Kit. The 80x80 kit is the one we'd order — big enough for 2–4 plants, small enough to hide, and the matched Phytonaut LED draws sensible wattage. Add a Plagron Easy Pack Terra (four plants, seed to harvest, no schedule headaches) or Royal Queen Seeds Easy Grow and Easy Bloom Booster tablets if you want to skip liquid feeding entirely.
Intermediate growers stepping up from a kit usually want a 100x100 tent with a 240W Phytonaut LED, a 100mm or 125mm inline extractor, a properly sized carbon filter, and a real nutrient line — Plagron Terra Grow and Terra Bloom for soil, Alga Grow and Alga Bloom for organic, or Greenhouse PowderFeeding if you want one bag instead of six bottles. PowderFeeding Short Flowering for indica-dominant strains, Long Flowering for sativas, Hybrids for everything in between.
Advanced growers building a 120x120 room are usually past the "what should I buy" stage, but for the record: Phytonaut LED at 320W or above, dual extraction, Boost Buddy or CO2 Box for passive CO2 enrichment, Green Sensation as the 4-in-1 bloom booster, Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix at transplant, and a Carson MicroFlip MP-250 to call harvest by trichome colour instead of guesswork.
The grow isn't finished when you cut. Buy a pair of Bud Cutter Bonsai or Leaf Cutter shears for proper trim work — narrow blades, spring-loaded, sized for sugar leaves without crushing trichomes. Dry slow, then cure in German-made Weed Curing Jars with Moisture Fighters sachets to lock in terpenes. For trim and popcorn buds, the Ice-O-Lator bags or HashMaker Shake Me turn waste into solventless hash. Smell control during flower? ONA Block or D-ODR Mist — terpene-based, no fake pine stink masking smoke.
An 80x80 Zamnesia complete Kit. It fits 2–4 plants, the matched Phytonaut LED is sized correctly, and the carbon filter and extraction fan are already in the box. Everything plugs together in about an hour — no guesswork on whether your light, fan and filter match the tent volume.
Roughly 200–250W of efficient LED per square metre for flowering. An 80x80 tent (0.64 m²) wants around 150–200W; a 100x100 wants ~240W; a 120x120 needs 320W or more. Buy by tent footprint first, then match the Phytonaut LED — don't oversize, heat becomes the next problem.
Yes — every tent leaks odour without a carbon filter. That's why the complete Zamnesia Kits ship with one. If you buy a standalone Zamnesia Grow Tent, order an inline extractor and a properly sized carbon filter at the same time. Not optional unless you live alone in a detached house.
If you want simple, buy Greenhouse PowderFeeding (Short Flowering for indica, Long Flowering for sativa, Hybrids for the middle) or Royal Queen Seeds Easy Grow and Easy Bloom tablets. If you want control, buy Plagron Terra Grow and Bloom plus Green Sensation. Beginners almost always do better on one-bag systems.
Check trichome colour with a Carson MicroBrite Plus or MicroFlip MP-250 pocket microscope. Clear trichomes = too early, milky white = peak THC, amber = more sedative. Most growers cut when 70–80% are milky with a few ambers. The Bud-O-Scope 30X–60X works too and costs less.
Not for an 80x80 or smaller. Open the tent during lights-on and you've got enough fresh air. For 100x100 and up with good light and feeding, a passive Boost Buddy or CO2 Box bumps yields without electricity or tanks. Skip pressurised CO2 unless you're running a sealed room.
